10am - 3pm, $55 per child

Recommended for 5-9 years
-please keep in mind that some younger siblings are simply not old enough to attend. They need to be able to take themselves to the toilet, pack their bags, write their names and be able to follow instructions.
Castlefield Community Centre

Daily sessions include themed activities of the day, paper crafts/science experiments, painting, games, drawing, face painting, cooking,
an optional kids friendly movie, special guests & more!
We will have our dedicated “quiet” room on the left of the hall and we will also have access to our usual spaces.
We plan to have lots of activities to do in the garden, digging. messy play, group planting, painting, fairy houses, mural making..
We’ve also added to our collection an awesome Chomp Saw (it’s a kids safe cutting tool which is brilliant for cutting cardboard and felt)
We are looking at having a silent disco come in Jan, so keep an eye on the program.

- beads, loom bands, wool or twine
- interesting/sturdy cardboard boxes
- felt
- pot plants or planters
- herbal tea leaves
- dried and fake flowers
- coloured paper/card

SEPT/OCT HOLIDAYS 2026
DROP OFF PROGRAM
- Please bring a labelled lunchbox with packed lunch and a water bottle.
NO NUTS ARE TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE VENUE
- Please make sure you send along appropriate clothing for indoor and outdoor weather, eg hat in summer, coat in winter.
- We also tend to get messy! So please send either a spare change of clothes or something to cover up if wearing special clothing.
We provide art smocks but can't guarantee we can keep clothes clean!

MON 21/12 XMAS BAKING DAY
Gingerbread cookies and iron on Xmas aprons.
TUES 22/12 THE GRINCH
A Dr Seuss themed day of fun in Whoville and lots of Grinchy activities to entertain us all!
WED 23/12 XMAS PAMPER & HAIR
Christmas themed hair braid (temporary) and Christmas nail and headbands and hats.

WEEK 1
MON 11/1 Butterfly Kidz Incursion
The butterfly tent will come to visit and we will all make some fantastic wings and garden crafts.
TUES 12/1 Squishy Making
Yep! We will be making our own squishies today and it will be a day of squishiness.
WED 13/1 Off to See the Wizard!
A Wizard of Oz / Harry Potter themed day off science, spells and magic.
THURS 14/1 Paper Dresses
Dresses made out of paper but made to wear! We will work on these in the morning and aim to do a fashion parade in the last 20min of the session with everyone wearing their creations.
FRI 15/1 Slushies
This was such a hit last year, the kids made their own slushies! We will do this again and get into some Icy experiments.
WEEK 2
MON 18/1 Hexed
We are excited for the new Disney movie “Hexed”coming out in November, it will surely be a hit these holidays and we will make sure we get our potions on all sorts of magic themed fun.
TUES 19/1 Ice cream
We are making ice cream and we might even have a go at waffles too!
WED 20/1 Lego/One Peace/Ninjago
A Lego themed day, will have heaps of Lego to create and we will have plenty of Ninja and Pirate style activities to keep us moving.
THURS 21/1 The Cat in the Hat
FRI 22/1 Tie Dye Pamper
Ladt day of the holidays, we will tie dye some hats, make some cool sunnies and make sure we are all glammed up to start the new year of school.

If a child is unable to meet these expectations, Rokabye may contact parents/carers to collect their child early. Where behaviour concerns persist, Rokabye reserves the right to withdraw the child from the program, either temporarily or permanently, at its discretion.
This decision will always be made with consideration of the safety, wellbeing and experience of all children and staff.
Rokabye values open communication and encourages families to share ALL relevant information (including allergies, disabilities, neurodiversity or behavioural support needs) at the time of enrollment so we can plan, staff accordingly and best support each child within the limits of our program.
