MESSY PLAY MONTH!
Usually only once a month but for the entire month of September, you can join us every Saturday morning from 10am-12pm at Castlefield for Music, Movement, Messy Play and loads of fun.
Bubs are welcome for the very first time and will have their own dedicated Bubs Zone.
Feel free to bring along a coffee, morning snacks and drink bottles for the kids (please ensure there are no nuts brought to the venue and that children who are old enough are seated at designated eating areas while consuming food) 
There's basic tea and coffee available at the centre for adults and baby change facilities. 
 
We will have a variety of fun, developmentally appropriate activity stations, obstacle courses, vehicles, ball handling skill opportunities, various messy and sensory play oppportunities, painting, craft and more, all designed to encourage gross and fine motor skills, balance and coordination, letter and number recognition and simply a love of learning through play.
 
We wind each session up with an optional 30min music, movement and multi-sensory play activity, finishing with a meditative light show "quiet time" to finish.
 
Please ensure kids do not wear their best clothes or shoes,we want children to be able to express themselves freely and this can sometimes mean getting a bit grubby!
Please prepare for all weather conditions.
Please note, we understand not all children can remain or attend for the full two hours. Please feel free to come at any time during the session, just keep in mind that by 12pm we will need to pack up the venue.
